Hawash Charged: Mike Hawash, the Intel employee held for five weeks as a "material witness," has finally been charged on various counts of conspiracy. AP story here. Apparently, the government can get around the speedy trial requirement merely by holding the suspect as a "material witness." You can see the government's affidavit here.
